Kodak Black Announces Plans To Build A School In Haiti

Since being released from jail this past August, has publicly geared his focus toward making loads of new music and giving back to the community.

Recently, Kodak jumped onto Instagram and announced plans to build a new school in Haiti, which is the country his parents migrated from before he was born.

"Out Of All The Times I Donate Or Give Back In Anyway I Never Upload Or Broadcast It But I'm Happy To Say I'm Building A School In Haiti As Well," he captioned the post, which included an image of himself.

News of Kodak's plans to build a school comes one month after the  rapper . Though it's not known whether he frequented the center as a child, it's good to note that it's located about 10 miles away from where he used to live in Pompano Beach, Fla.

News of these efforts and purported school-building plans comes after his lawyer, Bradford Cohen, told news outlets the rapper "wants to become more involved in charities across the country." About two weeks ago, Kodak who was fatally wounded.
